My Child at School (MCAS)

My Child at School (MCAS) is our school’s main system for managing key tasks such as payments, bookings, wraparound care, and communication. It brings everything together in one easy-to-use place for parents and carers.

What is MCAS be used for?

MCAS is a convenient, all-in-one platform for:

  • Receiving whole-school and individual messages
  • Making payments securely
  • Booking school lunches, trips, and clubs
  • Managing wraparound care (before and after school provision)
  • Viewing your child’s attendance

Technical Support

If you experience any issues with your MCAS account, please contact the school office, who will be happy to help.

Logging in to MCAS

MCAS accounts are created by the school using the email address provided for those with parental responsibility.
To access your account for the first time, or to reset your password, please click the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.

New Starters

Initially, one parent account will be set up using the email address provided at admission. Additional accounts for other parents/carers with parental responsibility will be created once the school has processed further contact details.
