About Us

The Raleigh School is a vibrant, ambitious primary school serving children age and families within our local community. We are proud to combine exceptionally strong academic achievement with a caring, inclusive ethos where every child is known, valued and supported to succeed.  From September 2026, we will also offer pre‑school provision for children aged 3–4, further strengthening our commitment to supporting children from the very start of their learning journey.

At The Raleigh, we achieve a balance between exceptionally high academic expectations and a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels known, valued and supported. Positive relationships are at the heart of school life and are shaped by our values of Respect, Resilience, Courage, Honesty and Unity. These values create a culture of trust, kindness and belonging, enabling children to feel safe, confident and ready to learn.

Our curriculum is ambitious, broad and carefully designed, encouraging pupils to show resilience and courage as they challenge themselves and take pride in their achievements. Education at The Raleigh extends well beyond the classroom. We are committed to developing the whole child and offer a rich range of extra-curricular opportunities, enrichment activities and leadership roles that enable every pupil to participate fully in school life. Our well-resourced environment provides inspiring spaces for sport, play, music, drama, art and technology, supporting pupils’ physical, social and creative development alongside their academic learning.

We are proud to be part of the South Farnham Educational Trust, working closely with partner schools to share expertise, strengthen practice and secure the very best outcomes for every child. This collaboration supports our high standards while allowing us to maintain a strong individual identity and ethos.

With dedicated staff, strong leadership and close partnerships with families, The Raleigh is a school where children flourish academically, socially and personally.
